Rachel Emily Nichols

Rachel Emily Nichols was the daughter of Alison Nichols and James Nichols. She was born in Augusta Maine. She is of English, French Canadian, German, Irish, Italian and Scottish ancestral roots. She completed her studies at Cony High School in Augusta which was where she participated in the high jump. She went to Columbia University in New York City in which she completed a double major in math and economics. After a brief stint in modeling her career, she forged a lucrative career in high-profile firms like Guess?, Abercrombie & Fitch and L'Oreal. Rachel made the transition to acting after being given the opportunity to be a character in the HBO comedy Sex and the City (1998). She made her film debut in the role of Jessica Matthews in the prequel Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry met Lloyd (2003).
