Rosario Isabel Dawson was born May 9th 1979. She is an American actress, producer and director. In 1995 she made her feature film debut with the drama independent Kids. Her roles in subsequent films include He Got Game (1998) and Josie and the Pussycats (2002). Dawson has voiced characters for Warner Bros./DC Comics, Disney/Marvel and ViacomCBS Nickelodeon. She was also nominated for the Critics' Choice Movie Award for the Best Actress In a Comedy for Top Five (2014), Trance (2013), Top Five (2014) Zombieland Double Tap (2019). Dawson was born on the 9th of May, 1979, in New York City. Her mother, Isabel Celeste, is of Afro-Cuban and Puerto Rican ancestry. Rosario was sixteen years old when she was born. birth. Isabel never married Patrick C. Harris who was her father in law. When Rosario was just a year old, her mother married Greg Dawson, a construction worker. Dawson is four years younger than Clay. Clay is Dawson's half-brother. Dawson is also famous for having several characters in comic book adaptations.These include Gail in Sin City (2005) and Sin City: A Dame to Kill For (2014), Claire Temple in five of the series by Marvel/Netflix (2015-2018) and also providing the voices of Diana Prince/Wonder Women in the DC Animated Movie Universe and Space Jam: A New Legacy and Barbara Gordon/Batgirl in The Lego Batman Movie. She portrayed Ahsoka Tano on The Mandalorian's second season in 2020 , and will also be appearing in the Disney+ original series Ahsoka. She will also appear in Young Rock, an autobiographical comedy directed by Dwayne John in 2021.
